---- The Review ----
Season 26 ended very nice, by winning the WC ITT. The downside was that Sprint4Live couldn't manage to score more points in Season 26 than they did in the already pretty bad season 25. This means that since Season 21, every season was worse one than the previous season.
Slico still is optimistic about the future, due to the fantastic climbing squad and the timetrialers, who can improve a lot...
---- The Squads ----
- The Sprinters.
One of the main goals for season 26 was to improve the performances of the sprinters. They only scored 500 points in season 25... Although the increase wasn't as big as Slico hoped, the sprinters scored 270 points more, which made it 770 in total. Nijholt and Caff were waved goodbye, both scoring zero points in the season. Partee did well with 500 points, while also Saenen (120) and Vranceanu (150) scored points. During the season Dries Schuurman was bought, who is expected to be also able to become a goal scorer.
-The Climbers
They did well season 26. In total they scored 1.690 points, which means a increase of 270 points compared with season 25. It meant also the breakthrough for Bento, who ended the season above the 1000-pointsmark (1.040). This also implied the end for Lepage, who only scored 110 points. Cherkasov was also steady with 540 points.
-The Timetrialers
Traditionally, the TT'ers were the best part of the team. It couldn't be any different nowadays. Season 26 results in a big decrease again, leaving the TT'ers at 630 points (1.250 in S25), scored by Aelemans (270), Echlin (200), Marchand (70) and Buso (90). The promising Falconio was bought, which meant the release of Figueira and Markowski.
---- The Stats ----
Sprinters: 770 points. --- 3 results --- Partee (1,3) and Vranceanu (1)
Climbers: 1.690 points --- 11 results --- Bento (1,2,2,2,2,2,3,8), Cherkasov (1,1,5) and Lepage (3)
Timetrialers: 630 points --- 3 results --- Falconio (1), Aelemans (3,3)

Thanks!
nice review
Jep, there is for sure more competition in the TT-races, I really felt in the other races. A few seasons ago it was possible to score 2000 + points in TT races but I guess more managers sense that and started building TT'ers.
I think there is more competition in time-trials, than there used to be. So it was a great achievement to win the ITT WC.
Your team is strong - I think you will have a nice season. Cheers.
